Kristen Hoover

Ms. Hoover is a patent engineer who earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Certificate in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.  She earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Akron School of Law concentrating in Intellectual Property.

Ms. Hoover was president of the Society of Women Engineers while attending Saint Louis University and is currently still a member.  She is also a member of Alpha Phi Omega (APO), a national co-ed service fraternity.  During her time in St. Louis, she helped organize the Region 8 Conference hosted at Saint Louis University for the Midwestern APO chapters. 

Ms. Hoover is currently a member of the Akron Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.  She is also a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Association at the University of Akron.
